1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be: Unused, Undamaged, and in original packaging
- Email us at “info@toytrance.com” to initiate a return.
- Supporting images/videos are required for verification.
2. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Supporting images/videos is required for verification
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items. Please contact us before sending any product.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used or opened
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Products without original packaging
5. Return Process
- Customers can initiate a return request by contacting our support team
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
- In non-serviceable areas, customers may be required to self-ship
6. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- In case of COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
