1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be: Unused, Undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Supporting images/videos are required for verification.

2. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Supporting images/videos is required for verification

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items. Please contact us before sending any product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Products without original packaging

5. Return Process

  • Customers can initiate a return request by contacting our support team
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
  • In non-serviceable areas, customers may be required to self-ship

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • In case of COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
